Kitchen

I want a kitchen that begs to be cooked in.

And what better way to break them in than through Coq au Vin



Ladies and Gentlemen, I butchered a whole chicken. Granted it took a couple of youtube videos and Nate's assistance but I butchered this bird!







It turned out to be a rustic version of chicken noodle soup minus the noodles. Super good.
